About

Australian Framing Solutions (AFS) is a specialist manufacturer of superior quality, light-weight, prefabricated steel frames, steel trusses, steel roofing and floor systems for the construction and infrastructure sectors – residential, education, commercial and mining.

Australian Framing Solutions’ directors have a combined 40 years experience in the steel framing industry.  AFS has established business relationships with large building companies, including Sunland Homes, Hutchinson Builders and FK Gardner.

We are registered with ASIC, ABN 19 169 063 003.

The System

The System that we use has been patented and is in use throughout the world. It is one of simplicity and design. The whole structure is typically manufactured (walls, ceiling, sub floor, and trusses) from high tensile 90mm C section steel. We also supply the structural steel that may be required to support the system.

Jake has over 25 years experience in the construction industry specialising in the design, procurement and delivery of light weight building solutions for both the commercial and residential sectors.

Jake is at the coalface of the construction industry and, together with his team, their skills, knowledge, and commitment to on-time delivery have been demonstrated – from private homes to major projects.

Jake is a member of HIA, ASI, AFAIM and is an all round nice guy.
